Tegan Flooks is the friendly and welcoming face of Jeff Horsey Solicitor. As our junior legal secretary, she is often the first person clients meet when they visit or contact our office.

 

In her role, Tegan meets and greets clients, answers telephone enquiries, manages appointments and assists with the day-to-day administration of the office. Her warm manner and strong customer service skills help ensure that every client feels welcomed and supported.

 

Born in South Africa and raised in New Zealand after moving there at a young age, Tegan relocated to Australia approximately 18 months ago. She has completed a Certificate in Tourism and brings valuable experience from previous roles in customer service and hospitality.

 

Tegan applied to join Jeff Horsey Solicitor because she has always found the law interesting and was drawn to the firm and what it offers both its clients and the local community. She enjoys being part of a professional team and learning more about the legal industry through her role.

 

Outside the office, Tegan enjoys camping, spending time at the beach and going four-wheel driving in her Jeep.
